Athletic

You don’t have to be an elite athlete to benefit from this massage. Our  focus is on the deeper layers of the muscle tissue allowing them to get to the root of your muscle aches and pains. This massage can help relieve chronic pain or speed your recovery from that 10k run, 36 hole golf day or marathon tennis match. Don’t suffer needlessly and don’t accept that your body can’t bounce back like it used to.

Reflexology

This remarkable ancient technique massages the reflex zones of the feet inducing deep relaxation to the entire body by releasing the flow of energy. Your feet feel terrific and you will experience increased energy.

Swedish

Swedish massage blends long, flowing, and circulatory strokes to restore calm to the mind and body, while increasing circulation and promoting deep relaxation.  Features light to firm, yet calming pressure that increases circulation, eases muscle tension, and improves flexibility.

Deep Tissue

Focus on those overworked muscles and connective tissues living well below the surface with this intensely therapeutic massage. Designed to relieve pain associated with muscle knots, heavy physical activity, and everyday stress.  This therapy is deliberate and customized, targeting specific areas in need of relief. 

Pre-Natal

Mindful of your extraordinary circumstances, we settle you into a safe, secure, and restful position. Using adaptable massage techniques appropriate for your stage of pregnancy, we ease the stress of your body and mind.

Insomniac

This quiet massage is uses specific pressure points on the body, rhythmic rocking and long relaxing movements.  A flexible time is set and I will quietly let myself out as to not disturb. Usually this massage is performed in the side lying Pre-Natal position to induce sleep. 

Our Approach

Incorporating all of our areas of expertise into each massage is our specialty.  We customize each session down to the minute. Everyone has individual preferences on pressure, areas of focus and wanted results.  Before each session we will take time to listen to you and how you are feeling that day.

After the massage starts we encourage you to be selective.  Listen to your body. Today you may want a lot of pressure on your legs and lighter pressure on your back, tomorrow could be entirely different. Pressure and technique can be adjusted at any time. The time on the table is entirely yours and we keep conversation to a minimum.  If you feel like talking, we will engage in conversation but we won't initiate. You will never hurt our feelings by embracing your wellness and stillness.
